TREASURE MY HAPPY HEART aka WOODSTOCK (1/2 bro to SNOOP BABY SNOOP)

Picture
TREASUREMYHAPPYHEART, Formerly Bred, Owned  & Trained by  Champion Leslie Willis, Winner of $200,000 in 2 races, just 3 days apart, on 2  different Futurity colts she trained. Treasuremyhappyheart aka "Woodstock" is a  SON of TREASURED, Lifetime leading $ earning Paint Racehorse,  who sold in 1998  at the OKC Heritage Sale as the FIRST EVER PAINT to bring the  high selling price  at a Racing-Bred sale for $85,000. Woodstock is also half brother to Leslie's  many time Barrel Futurity & Open Champion SNOOP BABY SNOOP. He is a handsome  stout 16 hand "built to last" athlete that comes down  the alley looking for the  barrel, is in & out of the turns, quick with no wasted motion. Bump once at  the first barrel and the 2nd & 3rd are pretty much an automatic "no  brainer." Woodstock has a big block motor with a huge super smooth ground  covering stride. He is only 7 and is just beginning to tap into his 1D pro  caliber consistently Winning and/or placing in the 1D Open  & Masters in  "tough" Southern competition. PRO  RODEO girls should  not overlook Woodstock, as he would without a doubt be a great rodeo candidate.  Woodstock runs and works the same on all types of ground, hard, soft, deep,  sand, clay, mud, big or small arena, indoor & out. He is Not boogery, hauls  great, does not stress and stays quiet. (Not a barrel hitter) He is the most  pleasant & best mannered horse on the  property. No Vices, No issues, Sound  and prepurchase vet exams are welcome. No trades. ~Please Note: Woodstock is  being offered at a Steal & Only being sold because owner bought a restaurant  and has no time left for barrel racing.  Woodstock has WON &/or Placed in the  $ at over 90% of the barrel races he has been to in the last 2 months we have  had him here on consignment.

Hi Gina,
I just wanted to let  you know I love Woodstock every time I ride him. I had to wait six weeks before there was a show due to cancellations. I fell in the cracks at the first show but my second adventure was the NY NBHA State Championships and I ran him four  days in a row. On my second run I ran 19th out of 310. That was good enough for 7th in the 2D. My third run was 2D but out of any $$. Kris Roy, a WPRA barrel racer, sets the pace there every year. She made it to the DCNFR so I was feeling  pretty good. On the final run I won reserve champion in the 2D and a buckle!! My  daughter Jade won the 2D saddle so we were definitely having a good day. Jade  beat me out of the saddle by 3 hundredths. LOL It doesn't get much better than  that! His first Rodeo he was 1 tenth out of placing. It was a small one but I  was still proud. I'm running at two this weekend: one slack and one performance.  I'm still getting with him but I'm loving it!!
Thanks,
Jenn

Hi Gina...I was holding off on letting you know how I liked this mare until I had  a  chance to start riding again and take her somewhere and work her on barrels. This is such a nice mare!  I took her to the NBHA OK State Finals yesterday and  I'll take her back today.  I didn't enter her, but worked her at an even pace, and she really has a lot of gas between the barrels.  I think she has all the moves a horse needs to be top notch.  She's young and I am going to back off of her this year and just let her make soft, even, unpressured runs.  I know you'll  be hearing more about her, though.  I'm really surprised that someone near him  didn't see her potential and grab her up...but that's fine by me. Thanks so  much for helping me get her...so far she is everything and more than I  expected.  Cindy Hamilton

SWEET AND EXPENSIVE

Dear Gina,
Sweetie arrived yesterday morning. (tues)  I love her already.  She seemed to tolerate the long trip well.  I am going to let her settle in for  a while before I do anything with her.  She has a nice large area with a covered  loafing area with shavings which she lays down in.  She has no interest in the  donkeys next to her for company, she wants to know where the other horses are.I  have her on orchard grass hay to start. Thank you so much.  I will keep you  posted on her progress. We love her & she will have the best home  ever.
Sincerely, JoAnne

PANAMA TO A TEE

Hi Gina, I absolutely love Tee he is  a sweetheart and we just get along.  Tried  one run coasting & it worked so  the next we went harder & he ended up  3rd in the 2D. The horse that set the 1D is a dash ta fame, White Alibi that put  down a smokin run over 3 ths faster  than any one else. So i was very impressed  with Tee as i believe he certainly has more than what we accomplished today.   Anyway glad i went with my gut  feeling & bought him. We'll be at the NBHA  world in October so if you are  there i'd love to meet you. Murray says hi and  thanks again.......Sue Collier

STREAKIN RUBY

Rode Ruby at a friends big sand ring yesterday, so he sent  this to Kathy today. You said she had a motor ,you were right/ He said that
he  never saw a horse come from the end barrel home so fast. I think I will need velcro/ She is the real deal as you said/
Hope all is well/ Murr

IT BE ME

Hi Gina;
Just wanted to let you know how he's doing, we call him Money Maker. He won money the first time Chelsea ran him at a small indoor arena on Saturday, winning 3rd in 3D running a 15.2, her DFP  mare ran 14.2 and was second in youth. So right now he's running about a second off her good mare, with lots of room for improvement as she never stopped kicking and I was yelling whoa, so on his first run he just about bounced off the walls! lol;-P Then in the Open they still ran a 15.2 but it was more under control and not as fast, but better turns except she needs to give him a bigger  pocket on the third. I'm sure she'll get him figured out soon since they're in a Janet Stover clinic this weekend.  He's  really a nice horse and we feel so blessed to have him. We really like him  and  it'll be hard not to get attached! Tell the guys that trained him that  they've  done a good job, as we like how well broke and responsive he is, plus he has  great ground manners. For buying him sight unseen, we sure did luck out!  Thanks so much for being honest as he's everything and more than you said in his  ad!
Sincerely,
DeLayna
Update:  Chelsea Won the  Sunday  Barrel Race at the Janet Stover Clinic running the Fastest time of the 3  day  weekend.

NINETY FIVE N CASH

YANKEES CHUNK OF COAL

Hey; I was just talking about you yesterday.  Wow!!
Kaitlin placed second a couple of weeks ago.  They are doing very well together and I see a lot of progress w/ Kaitlin and Coal.  She has not started pushing him yet, but I see it coming.  She loves him so much and she has really learned to make him give her what she wants.  Thanks, for everything.
Thanks
Kristie

PEPPY ZAN SHOWDOWN

Dear Gina, Showdown has settled wonderfully!  He is content and happy in his new home!   He gets to come in every night into a box stall and I was thinking our horses are looked after better than ourselves!!  I love him so much!  He is everything I could have wished for.   I rode him for the first time last night and had so much fun!   We are very pleased with him Gina.   His temperment and manners are really so appreciated.   He will be very much loved and cared for.  Thanks again Gina.   Deneen & Showdown

Hi Gina!   Showdown is doing excellent!  I love him  so  much.   Many are asking how I made out buying unseen and I have spoke very
highly of yourself and Showdown.   I can't complain at all.   We had some  really  good rides before we started harvesting.   He loves his poles!   Just give him  his head and he takes you right through them!    For some reason  Amanda's new  horse won't do the poles so she might use Showdown for them for the high school  rodeos.    All is well and Showdown is looked  after better than mysef!!   Take  care Gina.   Deneen

MOONS CODY

Hello Gina,
I bought that black mare from you. We showed up on  a  harley and my ex-husband bought me the horse you called Aggie. Her name has  changed to Little Bit.  I want you to know this mare has really turned out  to be something else. I have turned down 20 grand for her. She is not going anywhere. You can run barrels in one arena and then take her to the next one.  And push cattle on her all day long. She will go run a barrel or play day. The  next day, I will let a healer heal steers off her. She is amazing. And she has  got so thick.
Here is a picture of her. And again, I will keep  this horse forever. She is the bomb. Tonya
